General help, feedback, and bug reports:
Problem with a ticket you bought? Contact the seller you purchased from, not us. Fanfare doesn’t sell tickets or process payments — we only show you what’s playing and link you to the box office. Your order confirmation email will name the seller and their support contact. See Ticket problems below.
Ticket problems
Because your purchase completes on the seller’s site, they hold your order, your money, and the authority to fix it. Fanfare has no access to your order.
- Never received your tickets — check spam, then contact the seller named in your confirmation.
- Refund or exchange — governed by that seller’s policy and the venue’s. Ask them directly.
- Event cancelled or rescheduled — the seller or venue handles refunds and credits.
- Charged the wrong amount — the seller’s support team can see and correct the charge.
If a seller is unresponsive or you think a listing was misleading, tell us anyway at info@fanfareticket.com. We can’t process your refund, but we can escalate with our partner contacts and remove a bad actor from Fanfare.
Listing problems
Found something wrong in the app? Tell us and we’ll fix it fast.
- Wrong price — prices come from ticketing partners and box offices and can change between refreshes. Always confirm the final price on the seller’s site.
- Wrong date, time, or venue — email us the show and what’s wrong.
- Show missing entirely — especially for community and independent theatre, send us the company name and we’ll add them.
- Show already closed — let us know and we’ll pull it.
Email info@fanfareticket.com with the show name, venue, and date.
For theatre companies
Listing your season on Fanfare is free — no commission, no fee, and your ticket link stays your own. We’re especially looking for community, college, regional, and fringe companies, since those are the hardest for audiences to find anywhere else.
To get listed, to correct your company’s information, or to have your listings removed, email info@fanfareticket.com with your company name, city, and website.
Artwork and rights
When you send us production artwork, photos, or copy, you confirm you hold the rights to share them — or have permission from whoever does — and you grant Fanfare a non-exclusive licence to display them in the app and on this site while your show is listed. You keep ownership of everything you send. Ask us to pull a listing and we will.
If you believe something on Fanfare infringes your copyright, email info@fanfareticket.com with the show, the material in question, and proof of your rights, and we’ll remove it while we look into it.
Your account
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or by emailing info@fanfareticket.com from your registered address. Deletion removes your profile, saved shows, and followed companies.
Unsubscribing from email
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or email us and we’ll remove you.
Location permission
Fanfare asks for approximate location only, to show shows near you. You can decline it and type in a city instead — everything still works. Change it any time in your device settings.
Common questions
Does Fanfare sell tickets?
No. We’re a discovery and price-comparison app. We show what’s playing and what it costs, then link you to the official box office or an authorized ticketing partner. We never take possession of tickets, never resell them, and never process payments.
Why is a price different when I get to the seller’s site?
Ticket prices move constantly, especially on resale marketplaces, and inventory sells while you browse. We refresh as often as our partners allow, but the seller’s checkout page is always the authoritative price. If you see a consistent, large gap, please report it.
Why isn’t my local theatre in the app?
Most likely because nobody has added them yet. Unlike arena and touring shows, community theatre has no central data feed — we build that coverage company by company. Send us their name and we’ll reach out, or have them email info@fanfareticket.com directly.
Do you make money from links?
Yes — some outbound links to large ticketing platforms are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects listing order, and community listings, which pay us nothing, are ranked exactly the same as ones that do.
Which cities do you cover?
We’re expanding market by market, prioritizing places where we can get genuine community theatre coverage rather than just the arena calendar. Join the waitlist on the home page and tell us your city.
